Ablerow is extremly proud of its roofing section. We offer both a domestic and commercial service for all aspects of roofing. This includes flat roofing, pitched roofing, tiling, refurbishment work, roof maintenance, slating, asphalt and leadwork. We have the expertise and skills to undertake smaller projects right up to turnkey site projects.

TILING
All aspects of tiling ranging from site work to total refurbishments. We also offer period work such as Peg tiling and slating.

SLATING
We offer the choice of Natural slates i.e. Welsh or Spanish as well as man made slate such as Eternit and Blunn.

FELT ROOFING
We offer guarantees that are manufacturer and Insurance based up to 15 years and we only use top quality materials along with a very high degree of craftmanship. We will re-felt and replace domestic, commercial and industrial
flat roofing.

LEADWORK
We can offer the client a comprehensive service from Stepped Flashings to Box Gutters and Run out Valleys and Gulleys.

UPVC
We will remove and replace wooden fascia, , soffits and barge boards,gutters, downpipes and refit with White, Black or Woodstain UPVC. There is a choice of square or round gutters. We also provide for those clients who like the aesthetic appeal of cast iron. Cast iron will last the life of the building.

We will come to you and survey the work required, give you advice and recommend options to you free of charge. All scaffolding is supplied by professionals.

From small roof repairs to large scale roof design, we will find the right products at the right price and manage the installation through to project completion.
