ROOFING

Our roofing service is fully comprehensive including design and fixing of hand cut timber pitched roofs, tiling, slating, chimney re-pointing and rebuilding, guttering, storm damage, UPVC fascias, cladding, specialist lead work and all aspects of pitched and flat roofing.

EXTENSIONS

Working to client specification, we build house extensions of any size from start to finish, including groundwork, brickwork, electrical installation, plumbing, plastering and decorating. We will source pre-used bricks and tiles to match existing and replace supporting walls with Rolled Steel Joists where necessary.

NEW BUILD

We can project manage new builds according to client and architectural plans. We manage the groundwork and foundations whilst maintaining health & safety standards and building regulations on site. We specialise in domestic property builds but we also have experience in large commercial steel frame constructions.

LOFT CONVERSIONS

We build all types of loft conversions using steel or timber frames. We replace or reinforce existing roof timbers and make good the existing roofing felt and slate or tile materials. Our experienced workforce will take care of electrical installation, plumbing and heating installation, tiling, decorating and all joinery including staircases.

UPVC

We offer installation of fascias and soffits (plastic or wood), Perspex sheeting, ventilation products, cladding, double glazed windows, doors and conservatories.

PLUMBING

We have skilled corgi registered plumbers available to carry out emergency plumbing and repair work 24 hrs a day. Our services include all aspects of plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installation, gas appliances, Gas Engineer Services, heating and servicing, boiler refits, gas Leaks, Gas Safety Inspections and Landlord Safety Inspections.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our company has property insurance of £5,000,000 and public life insurance for all its employees of £10,000,000 per person. We have a strict code of practice and both employees and clients are made aware of safety procedures at the start of each project. MMA insurance Policy number CT02021093819

BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

This includes Lead working, valley works, repointing,guttering (plastic or cast iron), fibreglass roofing, peg tiling, insulations, scaffolding, moss and algae cleaning from roofs, a professional asbestos stripping and clearance service as well as painting and decorating.
